I luckily came to work on the new video for the “post-apartheid post-hiphop posterboy”
Spoek Mathambo through onelouderagency. We all developped some nice image overlay principles,
african-style drawings and forms. Dro animated them so nicely! fingerlicking good!

(take care, once you heard the song, you can’t get it out of your head anymore…)

We were asked to contribute to MAGMA’s book Typo Lyrics with PYROugh.
The project is about visualisation of song lyrics in a self-designed font.
Our approach was rather illustrative than typographic, according to PYROughs visual qualities.
Release is saturday, may 22 at typo berlin.

Still having this nice fresh-out-the-cellophane smell, i’m currently wearing
the shirt Camp Athletics asked me so kindly to do for them.
I made the illustration with a script done with jürg lehni’s scriptographer plugin.
All the sophisticated details on the high-quality textile are done by Camp’s Robert Huber.

Oooooh! one year after the release of Kice of Course’s album
«Passion Of Kice», we finally got the hands on a copy.
(and we only got it cause we bought it!)
Anyway, the collaboration was cool and the outcome too…

this weekend, the lac-leman section of STRAIGHT IN YOUR FACE
took part of the 5th brrrrrrrr art fight. it was a great pleasure to
finally do my first backpiece. (a little wish come true!)
guess who won!

the first you-need-to-buy-font by STRAIGHT IN YOUR FACE
will be released this weekend at the 2.Zürich Zine Sezession.
GT Skeletor will exclusively be distributed by Grilli Type
featuring a screenprinted poster and a booklet.

don’t think we’re some nerdy informatic coding heads! sometimes, we do designs, too:
for a1shop we redesigned the online boutique and – of course – rewrote some html and css.
(by the way: i had NO code-editor at the time, so it’s all done in texte edit! raw shit! )

A few months ago, straightinyourface.net did the code for liricas analas. we love the design! it came from rosario florio & larissa kasper (they need a website =) thank you rosario & larissa!

We ( + Client) loves that bling-bling-thing! YES.  not really, but sometimes its a must.

some weeks ago, one part of STRAIGHT IN YOUR FACE won the brrrrrrrr grip tape art fight in geneva.
for the occasion, julie machin from street-tease made a little (nono: an incredibly long!) interview.

we did some rough html coding for the beautiful ckmi website. the design was done by the ckmi-team itself! bigup!
